Medical Office Buildings in Fairhope, AL
 
This project was a ground-up development consisting of a 7,770 square foot state-of-the-art medical office building. The current tenant is a leading dermatology practice.

We acquired and remodeled the adjacent 4,000 square foot building to allow the dermatology practice to expand.

2010 200 East Laurel Street
Office Building in Foley, AL

 

We acquired this historic retail building, formerly used as a local furniture store. After extensive renovations of the 14,000 square foot building, Fortis College, a national for-profit college, occupied the space. An out-of-town investor subsequently purchased the building.

Three Office Warehouse Buildings in Mobile, AL

 

This project was a ground-up development consisting of three 10,000 square foot office warehouse buildings. All three buildings have dock-high and drive-in doors, along with 22-foot eave height. Current tenants include Goodyear Tire, Global Telink and Computer Science Corporation.

Montrose Executive Suites

 

We repurposed this 1970s era office building into an Executive Office Suites. The building consisted of nine individually-leased office suites with a shared conference room, lobby and kitchen.

Office Warehouse Building in Mobile, AL

 

We acquired the neighboring 15,000 square foot office building, which was occupied by the FBI. Global Telink occupied the building after extensive addition and renovation.

Office Warehouse Building in Chickasaw, AL

 

We purchased this office building with a chemical testing lab and warehouse, which was occupied by a multinational petroleum testing company. We added onto the building and extended the existing lease. The building was subsequently sold to an out-of-town investor.

Portico of Fairhope
 
This once-in-a-decade project is an innovative mixed-use destination development connected to the bustling downtown of Fairhope, Alabama. As a Class A commercial and prime residential real estate offering, Portico offers opportunities in a highly desirable location. In addition, the site will include over 150 parking spaces.
